  • You are responsible for payment in utilizing the Platform Services as outlined below:



    • Pay per shortlist - 99 BDT per shortlist for low-skilled job seekers and 199 BDT for semi-skilled job seekers;
    • Shortlist is defined as a job candidate that is on your interview roster and confirmed to attend the interview;
    • Low-skilled job seekers is defined as job seekers in the following categories:
      • Transportation & Logistics - Delivery, Driver
      • Retail - Picker, shop Sales Assistant, Shopkeeper, Packer, Loader
      • Restaurant - Restaurant Helper, Waiter, Cashier and Ticket Clerk, Food Preparer
      • Service Provider - Cleaner, Janitor, Office Boy
    • Semi-skilled job seekers is defined as job seekers in the following categories:
      • General - Administrative Assistant, Customer Care Executive, Telesales Executive
      • Marketing - Field Salesperson, Contact Center Representative, Brand Promoter, Field Researcher, Research Executive, Sales Executive, Content Writer, Event Planner
      • Restaurant - Barista, Cook, Restaurant Manager, Chef
      • Retail - Shop Supervisor
      • IT - Hardware Technician, Mobile Phone Servicing Technician, Graphic Designer, IT Support Technician, Machine Operator, Data Entry Clerk, Web Designer, Scribe, Software Developer
      • Healthcare - Shift Supervisor, Technologist, Ward Assistant, Lab Assistant, Cashier and Computer Operator, Clinical Research Associate, Doctor
      • Service Provider - Nurse, Counselor, Trainer, Beauty Consultant
      • Tourism & Hospitality - Front Office Executive, Reservation Executive, Sales Coordinator
    • You will not be charged for up to 10 shortlists per calendar month;
    • If you have more than 100 shortlists per calendar month, you will receive custom pricing based on the ‘Enterprise’ package. Kormo representative will discuss the custom package with You;
    • You will not be charged for shortlists that do not show up to the interview. You will have up to 48 hours after the interview completion date to identify candidates who did not show up to the interview and mark them on the Site. Failure to mark interview no-shows will result in a charge for those candidates;
    • You will be charged on a usage basis, based on the number of shortlists per calendar month. You can select the total number of shortlists desired by per job post in the Employer Site and modify at any time.
