Community Guidelines for Employers. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING COMMUNITY GUIDELINES MAY LEAD TO YOUR SUSPENSION OR REMOVAL FROM THE KORMO PLATFORM:

You will show respect for other Users at all times.

Safety and comfortable working conditions are top concerns. You agree to maintain a safe job worksite and comply with all applicable laws (including safety and labor laws).

You warrant that you maintain all necessary insurance.

When rating a Seeker, you will be fair, honest and accurate.

It is unacceptable to refuse to provide or accept Job Services based on characteristics like a person’s race, color, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, or age.

Please ensure that your requests for Job Services are accurate and complete and that you pay for Job Services in full and on time.

Do not cancel a request for Job Services within 24 hours of the start time (or 48 hours if you are hiring 5 or more Seekers). If you do need to cancel a request, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible.

You are responsible for resolving any dispute with another User of the Kormo Jobs Platform or any Kormo Jobs partner.

You shall be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with the labour laws of Bangladesh as an employer with respect to obtaining any Job Services from Seekers.

If you are responsible for any fees associated with your use of the Kormo Jobs Platform, you will pay the fees in full and on time. Payment may be made to a Kormo Jobs partner designated by Google.

You shall maintain necessary active accounts with the third party payment service providers associated with the Kormo Jobs Platform with adequate balance at all times in order to avail the Job Services and authorize deduction of balance for the purposes of making payments to Seekers providing Job Services to You.

You shall not disclose any personal information of any other User to any third party except to the extent strictly required for the purposes of obtaining Job Services.

Safety and comfortable working conditions are top concerns. You agree to take all necessary steps to keep yourself safe from harm.

When rating an Employer, you will be fair, honest and accurate.

Make sure to keep your personal profile information accurate and up to date.

It is your sole responsibility to make sure you arrive at the job site on time. Allow enough time to travel to the job site.

You are responsible for resolving any dispute with another User of the Kormo Jobs Platform or any Kormo Jobs partner.

You shall be responsible for providing Job Services with skill, care and diligence.

You shall maintain necessary active accounts with the third party payment service providers associated with the Kormo Jobs Platform at all times in order to obtain payments against Job Services provided by You to Employers.

You shall not disclose any personal information of any other User to any third party except to the extent strictly required for the purposes of providing Job Services.
